Appeals
Appeals of the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission decisions regarding anti-doping rule violations, must be submitted to the Court of Arbitration for Sport under the "Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers" that NADA Belarus cooperates with under the agreement in accordance with the Court’s regulations. The party submitting the appeal shall sign an agreement with the Court of Arbitration for Sport for the purpose of ensuring the respect of the athlete’s or other person’s engaged in the proceedings right to appeal.
