NADA’s structure

Institution «National Anti-Doping Agency of Belarus» is the national anti-doping organization established in 2005 for the implementation of a comprehensive anti-doping program in the Republic of Belarus, of the National anti-doping rules in the field of physical culture and sport, ensuring compliance with these rules and elements of the doping control procedure, tests results management in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code.

The Agency is engaged in analytical work and the full cycle of doping control, tests result management, development and implementation of informational and educational programs and activities aimed at the promotion of anti-doping legislation compliance, conduction of scientific research aimed at doping prevention in the fields of physical culture and sports.

The Agency formed a Disciplinary Commission, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, the National Olympic Committee, the Institution «Republican Research & Practice Center for Sport» along with sports lawyers and distinguished retired athletes. In accordance with the International Standard the Agency established aTherapeutic Use Exemption Commission. It is composed of experts from various areas of medicine.
